Everything on this site is general information. It does not take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account, and it is not financial, tax or credit advice.
The calculators produce estimates from the figures you enter and from rates published by the ATO. They are not a tax assessment. Your ATO notice of assessment is the final figure, and your lender's own assessment decides your borrowing capacity.
The calculators are not intended to be relied on to make a decision about any financial product. Before acting, check your figures with the ATO and consider speaking to a registered tax agent or a licensed financial adviser.
The site has no affiliate links and receives no commission from any bank, lender, fund or salary-packaging provider. It may display third-party advertising (see the privacy policy); advertisers have no say over the content or the calculators.

The operator takes care to keep the figures accurate and corrects errors when they are reported, but does not warrant that the site is complete, current or error-free.
